On both gift service and factory shop pages we display up to date stock information so you can be confident that we're in stock when you place your order. Please note that orders from our gift service and factory shop must be placed as separate orders.Hit the 'Buy' button and select the quantity from the drop down menu to add products to your shopping basket. We can dispatch to a number of different delivery addresses within the same order.

Use the drop down menu to choose from your address book or add a new address. We can despatch to a number of different addresses within the same order.

Step 4 Delivery Information
Confirm delivery method, type in a gift message (if you don't want to send a message, tick the no message box) and select a dispatch date. Your Cornishware will be sent same day if you order before 12.00 noon, or the next day if you order after 12.00 noon.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro and use the Pay Point secure payment gateway so you can shop with confidence. Choose your payment method and enter your card details.

We'll send you an email to confirm your order details and another when we have picked and dispatched your Cornishware. You can log in to your online account to check the status of your orders at any time. If for some reason we are unable to dispatch your biscuits within the stated time frame, we will contact you by email to offer you later delivery, an alternative collection or a refund - whichever you prefer.

UK deliveries use Interlink Express standard next day by 3.00 service. Delivery to other European countries is within 48 hours. Orders received by 12.00 noon will be dispatched on the same day for delivery by 3.00 pm on the next working day. Orders received after 12.00 noon will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery the day after. Our warehouse is open for business Monday to Friday except bank holidays. Orders are processed for delivery on a first come, first served basis unless a dispatch date is specified. Every effort will be made to meet specified dispatch dates, however we cannot guarantee dates will be met in every case.

We do ask that deliveries are signed for. If there is no one available to receive the package and the couriers are not able to complete the delivery they will leave a card explaining how to pick up from the nearest depot.
